CLASS INFORMATION
Here at KKB, we offer a wide variety of classes to suit your striking needs. From complete beginner to those looking to compete, we have it all under one roof at Keighley Kick-Box.

WHY KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing is quickly emerging as one of the most popular training methods on the planet. Not only are you engaging in a high-intensity workout that shreds a bunch of calories, but you are also learning a practical skill that helps build your confidence both in and out of the gym. ADULTS CLASSES
Our Classes here at KKB encompass all different aspects of the striking arts. This ensures students are well rounded in the main disciplines such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing. Each class varies in its structure and approach with certain classes focusing more on Sparring and technical drills, whilst others are all about developing power, speed and conditioning through padwork and bagwork intervals.

The main goal is to build you up in a safe and controlled environment, whilst still ensuring you are training hard and gaining the many benefits which Martial arts has to offer.
KIDS/JUNIOR KICKBOXING
KIDS - 7-11 ​
JUNIORS - 12-16

Our Junior programme is designed to build the benefits of martial arts into the new generation of today
​
Knowing how much the lack of physical activity impacts people from all ages, its important to start building good habits and discipline from a young age.
​
Kickboxing is a fun and immersive sport that encompasses many aspects of physical fitness as well as mental benefits such as improved confidence, mood, and overall happiness.
​
Classes will involve everything from bagwork, padwork, conditioning drills, games, and much more.
​
We also incorporate a high amount of sparring out our club as this is required to build the foundational skills required to succeed in kickboxing. This is all body sparring unless a student is looking to compete at a high level, we will then look to introduce lighthead contact. All sparring is undertaken under the watchful eye of a coaches supervision and is focused on learning and developing as opposed to just trying to beat each other up.

LITTLE LIONS AGE 5-6
​​Little Lions Kickboxing (Ages 5–6)
The Little Lions program is the start of our ladder when it comes to a child's development as it relates to Kickboxing here at the gym.
These classes are all about building up basic motor skills and movement patterns through disguised learning and fun. Although martial arts will still be at play, our main focus is teaching focus, listening, balance, coordination, and confidence, all while keeping things exciting and age appropriate.
Expect obstacle courses, striking drills, partner games, padwork, and a whole lot of laughs. Every session is designed to boost your child’s physical and emotional development in a positive, structured environment.
Whether they grow into future fighters or just need a fun outlet to burn energy and build confidence, our Little Lions will be moving, learning, and loving every minute of it.

LADIES KICKBOXING
The Ladies Kickboxing classes are focused on building real Kickboxing skills in a female friendly environment
​
These classes will involve all things Kickboxing such as Bagwork, Padwork, Partner Drills, and lots of conditioning to help burn those calories, all whilst getting an amazing and stimulating workout
​
Meet like minded people, all whilst gaining the fantastic benefits of Kickboxing
​
These sessions are Ladies only and are ran specifically be a female coach.


PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking to fast-track your current abilities, or simply want a more intimate training experience, then personal training is the right option for you. Sessions are catered to your current abilities and fitness levels. Josh is a very methodical coach, and wants to ensure you learn the striking arts in the correct manner, but also understands that some people just want to blow off some steam and burn some calories through the training methods used in combat sports.
